Integration & Automation

Your devices speak. IntegraFarm listens and records.

Equipment connects to the system and sends data with no manual entry, while electronic identification tracks animals individually. IntegraFarm also exchanges data two-way with ERP and accounting systems — and works both online and offline.

ERP & accounting

IntegraFarm integrates with all ERP systems. The integration module processes data coming from accounting and sends processed data back — two-way, by design.

Superbridge — network integrator

Superbridge is the integrator device that ties the whole farm together. It links mixers' in-vehicle computers, weighing indicators, temperature and humidity sensors and RFID readers to a single system over network and Wi-Fi, uniting every device wherever data needs to be collected, across all your farms, and carrying real data into the system without interruption.

Online & offline

Runs both in the cloud and on-site. In offline mode, field operations — feeding, health, movements — keep running and sync once the connection returns.

Automation in the field

From RFID readers to mixers — one connected operation

Identification, weighing, sorting and feeding equipment work as one. Data flows in automatically, animals are tracked individually, and every operation is verified against what really happened.

In detail

Devices and software it connects to

IntegraFarm works integrated with every device on the farm that can provide data, including:

  • Automatic calf feeders
  • Weighing and cattle-crush devices
  • Sorting (drafter) gates
  • RFID readers
  • Goods-acceptance weighbridges
  • Mixers
  • In-vehicle computers
  • Handheld terminals
  • Silo weighbridges
  • Milking systems

IntegraFarm is designed to work with other software, giving operations that need to receive or send data fast integration and go-live.

It also works integrated with all ERP systems: through the integration module it processes data coming from the accounting system and sends its processed data back.

Sensors & farm monitoring

Monitor the whole farm from a single dashboard

In a feedlot, ambient conditions such as ammonia, temperature, humidity, CO₂, dust and wind shape your herd's health and yield every day. But sensors alone mean little; the real value is the infrastructure that gathers them in one place and turns them into meaningful alerts and action.

Superbridge is that infrastructure: an independent, rugged industrial IoT gateway that unifies the sensors spread across the farm into a single data stream.

Sensors everywhere on the farm. One gateway.

A feedlot is not a single space; it has different barns, pens and micro-climates. Superbridge connects this scattered structure into one system:

  • Pen- and barn-level ambient monitoring. Ammonia, temperature, humidity and dust are read separately for each zone: the real state of every point, not an "average farm condition".
  • Hospital pen and quarantine. Separate thresholds are defined for zones with sensitive animals.
  • Feed and grain storage. Temperature and humidity tracking flags mould and spoilage risk.
  • Cold storage and ageing room. Stable temperature and humidity are continuously checked.
  • Outdoor weather station. Wind, precipitation and outside temperature feed heat-stress and cold-stress management.

Why Superbridge

  • Works with any sensor brand. With OneWire, Modbus RTU/TCP, RS485, RS232, TCP/IP, MQTT and HTTP API support, you connect your existing field sensors, whatever the brand, without removing them.
  • Doesn't stop even if the internet drops. Superbridge processes data locally; when rural connectivity is lost, monitoring continues: it keeps measuring, checking thresholds and logging, then syncs once the link returns. For a feedlot's weak-coverage corners, this is the critical difference.
  • Rugged for the field. Low-power industrial hardware designed for harsh environments with dust, humidity and temperature swings.
  • Managed from one center. Hundreds of sensors are controlled from a single dashboard with remote updates, device-health monitoring and bulk management, with no need to visit each one in the field.
Measure. Alert. Prevent.

Superbridge completes the chain: it collects sensor data from every corner of the farm, raises an instant alert when a threshold is crossed (high ammonia, a dangerous temperature-humidity index, abnormal moisture), triggers ventilation and cooling systems, and logs every reading. The result: fewer respiratory diseases, lower heat-stress losses, optimized energy use, and the whole farm monitored in real time from one dashboard.

If sensors are the farm's nerve endings, Superbridge is its spinal cord: the layer that gathers the data, makes sense of it and turns it into decisions that protect your herd.
